Unity comes from a shared purpose and having clarity about that purpose. It's much more than just working on the same project or wearing the same uniform.
Execution
Execution, in the sense we're using it, is about role alignment and competence. Cohesion is both social cohesion and task cohesion (this!), which if frequently overlooked.
Grit
Gritty team are cohesive teams that show resilience in adversity and courage under fire. Teams with grit weather storms together and come out better on the other side.
